Manhattan Village, a mixed-use project, was a virtual tour our team at Green Grass developed for JLL. The idea was to attract retail tenants by visualizing the activated outdoor shopping experience for the soon to be renovated development. The project is situated in Manhattan Beach, California which gave our team the opportunity to highlight the beautiful context that surrounds the project.
