Green Grass Studios partnered with Wilks Development on Firefly Park, a 217-acre mixed-use community in Frisco, Texas, using visual storytelling to help bring the future of this place into focus…long before the first steps were poured.

Visualized by our team, the cinematic imagery and film explores how architecture, landscape, and everyday life will come together here. As the Wilks Development team shared, the visuals helped turn their vision into “a living canvas,” illustrating the distinctive, dynamic lifestyle that makes Firefly Park truly unique. With construction officially going vertical, that vision is becoming reality.

Located in Frisco, Texas, at the intersection of the Dallas North Tollway and Highway 380 at PGA Parkway, Firefly Park is more than a development—it’s an experience. Moreover, this urban village seamlessly blends retail, dining, and office spaces. Designed by Amsterdam architectural firm UNStudio, Firefly Park brings the interconnected walkability of European cities to North Texas. Sasaki (Boston), a global industry leader in creating landscapes that promote healthy and equitable communities, meticulously designed the park and green spaces.

Phase 1 Commercial is a product of collaboration. Hord | coplan | macht (Baltimore / Denver) is leading the design for multi-family, and retail is a joint effort between hord | coplan | macht and Michael Hsu Office of Architecture (Austin). Lastly, BOKA Powell (DFW) is leading the design of Dream Hotel by Hyatt and office, showcasing the inclusive nature of the project’s development.
