We teamed up with Trophy to elevate their marketing content by matching the quality of their homes with top tier renderings and video content tailored to each community.
Eastridge is a master planned community that is a dynamic live, work, and play environment. Featuring multiple pools, parks, hiking trails and open spaces, the community perfectly blends nature with thoughtful amenities for everyone.
These communal elements played a significant role in how we created video content to showcase and highlight the value of Eastridge. In this video, you’ll find a community-focused marketing film that takes a macro to micro tour of the community by using animation and developed still images to encapsulate the luxury design of Eastridge. For a secondary marketing video, we created a lifestyle-focused video which combined live action, drone videography and our animated content. The video and renderings helped Trophy market this community both through collateral and online in the following ways:

In order to accurately convey the values of this community it required our team to activate the featured spaces with precision, detail, and quality in each piece of content. We accomplished this through realistic animated people throughout our animated marketing film to make the community genuinely feel lived in. Tailored to the target market for master planned communities, we featured children playing in the amenity areas, young families strolling through the streets, and the adults utilizing the clubhouse.
